We understand that community engagement on projects provides a transparent line of communication with community stakeholders. Through our Indigenous Engagement approach, we seek to understand Indigenous perspectives, value project stewardship, and engage in mutually beneficial agreements.
Sustainable Clean Energy
Rivulet Energy is focused on using the movement of flowing or falling water to generate power. Hydroelectric power is a proven source of utility-grade generation for continuous and peak power supply with little to no harmful emissions to achieve our net zero goals. The incredible Canadian landscape makes it an optimal power source to support the clean energy transition.
Low Impact Development
Our primary target for development is brownfield sites across Canada. These sites are attractive for several reasons:
- The opportunity to accelerate reclamation and reduce potential environmental risks.
- Reduce land development impacts and project costs by selecting sites that fit optimal design profiles.
- Develop sites close to major transmission infrastructure, reducing the need for extensive new rights-of-way.
- Create a valuable asset for a clean energy transition currently in a low-to-no value state.
- Only use proven technologies to eliminate stakeholder surprises.
